Digital credits

Unused digital credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used to generate a composition board are not refundable unless required by law.

Ordinary home objects

If ordinary home objects are offered, unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or damaged-by-customer items may be excluded where the law allows.

How to request a refund

Email support@opushome.shop with your order reference, account email and reason for the request. We will confirm the next step before any return is sent.
